I've recently transfered my pay as you go number to my new pay monthly phone . However I now only seem to be able to make text and call and receive calls . But I still ain't recieveing any texts? Should I wait a bit longer , I've turned my phone e on and off and checked sim card

There's a ongoing issue with O2 and texts currently.

Hopefully fixed soon.

Hi I just set up my new phone this week and have been trying to solve the problem of not receiving text messages, can send them ok. As you say hopefully fixed soon.
