Can you change the number of rings before goes to voicemail?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a Galaxy Y and after 4 rings it goes to voicemail. I have looked all over the place on the phone and voicemail but cannot find where to change this. I would like it to ring longer before voicemail, say 8 - 10 rings?

Thanks. Brian

I've tried **61*901*11*30#  but it doesn't work on either of the two phones in our house.  I get the message connection problem or invalid MMI code.

Anone got any suggestions?

@Welshman

It won't work with wifi calling turned on.

Thanks.

I've turned wifi calling off on the newer phone and successfully extended the ring time.

But my phone Huawei P7lite doesn't have wifi calling!  So still no progress.  Thoughts please?

Even though it doesn't have wifi calling you should still check your MyO2 to see if it says it's turned on.

Thanks again for advice.

My O2 says wifi calling is turned on.  But since it's not available on my device, how can I turn it off?

Unfortunately, you will need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
