Hi,

       I am seems to be having trouble sending texts, I can received, but can not send.

Please help,

I had that for a little while on Tuesday, too.  Rebooting the phone cured it.

Hi 

     No sorry, since June 2019, I am still not be able to send text, I can received texts, send and received calls, but can not seems to send any text. 02 is a little slow on helping customers and trying to use the website is getting to be a pain, just going around in circles.

Not sure about O2 being slow to help.

You state in your post above that you have had this problem since June 2019 yet you came here in February? In June of last year all the O2 shops were open and didn't close till March 2020 due to the pandemic. You could have sorted this problem out months ago.

As we have no idea what phone you are using, there's some further help here for both Android and Apple devices

Did you change SIM card in June?

If so, you may have the wrong type for your account.

Contact and PAYG are different SIM cards.
