I have received a call from 075xxxxxxxx offering an upgrade or reduction to my bill, the number comes up with the name Kassie Coles. Is this a genuine call?

Hi @Anonymous I wouldn't know. However I would never take out a contract from a cold caller. You could be signing up for something you neither want or need...and end up paying over the odds for it. If I were you I would ignore it...
