I purchased my S23 about 2 weeks ago, I've yet to receive the code to claim my headphones. What do I need to do, to make sure I receive it before the offer ends please?

I actually bought a Samsung S23, not the S23+ but, my understanding of the offer was that this was included in the offer too.
