My phone has been sent away repaired and returned twice now but both times still faulty.i contacted o2 who said it should be replaced but store has refused what do I do ?

O2's policy is usually 3 attempts to repair the same fault before they replace.
What reason was given by the store for refusal?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
