Ummm.... This is not Customer Service @Anonymous and I think you'd be better off if you used Google Translate. I'm presuming you've tried to unlock your phone and it's failed. You can find your PUK in your MyO2 account, I believe.

I'm quite worried... I actually understood that post from @Anonymous-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card, even the user name. Can only be because I see the same type of spelling every day talking to Tas.
