I accidentally blocked my phone while in China and now neither of my PUK numbers work. O2 inform me that it is now out of their hands and there's nothing they can do about it . Any one has any advice on that, they said I have to contact Samsung , I did and they've sent me back to o2 for a resolution.

Hi @Shanty, as @MI5 asked above it'd be very useful if you could let us know a bit more about how this happened, so we can advise further slight_smile

Ok so I have a start up password on my phone I took my o2 sim out and place my Chinese SIM in to proceed to the unlocking process as I've requested to unlock my phone prior to this happening . I entered my startup password when I was meant to enter the unlock password o2 sent me , I did it too many times and the phone automatically blocked after too many wrong attempts. I asked o2 for PUK number when both of the PUK didn't work they advice me to contact Samsung to unblock the phone.

Unfortunately the phone is now hard locked unless you can obtain MCK to unblock it. These codes are virtually impossible to obtain in most places but your location may help you if you can find a phone repair shop.

Hey @Shanty, just to add to the above, our gurus have been able to successfully help with MCK codes in the past so if you need some further support with this I'd gladly ask them to look into this one for you. You can send me a Private Message by clicking here if you'd like to try this slight_smile
