I will keep my fingers crossed for you @Annie3kids

Please let us know the outcome of this. It would be interesting to hear what O2 have to say about it...

Probably say it's water damaged.

Did you have photos of the condition of the phone before they sent it for repair?

SURPRISE!!!! My phone is not covered by warranty!! It is being returned to the store with a list of options for me. The store have already got my sim card jammed into a loan phone and lost all my contacts! NOT HAPPY - IT IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD

I suspect you may be right - even though I know it is not water damaged and the problems have been intermittent for a couple of months. I await their 'list of options' for me

Hi @Annie3kids

O2 are talking rubbish. All Samsung phones come with a 2 year warranty. I would suggest you get your phone back sharpish and follow @Bambino's advice and deal with Samsung direct.

Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb

O2 didn't repair as they said it was 'water damage' just as I was warned they would say.

They also got my sim card stuck into the loan phone losing all my contacts!

I had no alternative but to buy a new phone - and start again.  Luckily my daughter was able to do what O2 couldn't but not before I was out of pocket............
