As new phones

Just got a like new samsung A50 on contract. The type c USB charging cable does not work, I got no charger or headphones with the phone, is this standard practice on like new phones?

Yes you usually just pay for the phone. If the charger doesn't work then you could ring O2 but in all honesty, it would be a lot faster buying one from Amazon.

Instead, they each come with just the USB charging cable, and iPhones also come with a sim pin.
