Hi,
My application for new contract phone was rejected based on Credit history. My credit history is very good and there is no reason why should my application rejected. This is very frustring since no one from O2 is able to help me in this.
Can anyone please suggest me what needs to be done. Orange and 3 mobiles providers are happy to give me contract phone.
Kind Regards
Misba

Your credit history may have little to do with it, there are many reasons for being rejected.
Phone O2 and ask for the Credit Referrals team, who might be able to help but there is no guarantee and they might not even speak to you.

How long have you been at your present address? Sometimes an address will show up linked to a previous bad risk.

I am staying on this address from past 3 years. Previous tenant took loans and ran away, But my recent credit card application got approved.

They probably think you're the run away person, talk to CS again and explain who you are.
