Android update Fault?

Since I installed the android update this morning. My phone keeps rebooting 5 mins. 

How do I rectify this?

I would turn it off for 15 minutes, then turn it back on and see if that helps.

Thanks for the quick response.....

At 1st I couldn't power off like normal. So I have had to power off by depressing the power button for 10 seconds.

I will let you know if this resolves the issue.
