Hi

So I have the Samsung s20 Plus and as of yet I am still running Android 10 with One U.I 2.1. Are some of us still waiting on an update or have I maybe got an issue?

Thanks 👍

It should still have been updated by Samsung, and to be honest not being on Carrier firmware can be a blessing...

There is a full guide here on how to pull the update down:

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You should have it by now.

I guess you have checked manually?

What's your csc?

Oh really!

I purchased it from o2 earlier this year when I upgraded. It was one of their refurbished phones.

@Woody21

Your firmware is from July last year.

You should now be on G986BOXB8DUE4

You can download it from here https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s20-plus/firmware/SM-G986B/BTU/download/G986BXXS8DUE4/15476...
