I just spent nearly an hour on line with chat. Amazing chat helpers, disaterous O2 back up!!! O2 should be ashamed!!!
It took 3 transfers and a long time so ascertain my new sim card had expired. I had been away in USA for 2 months, I already have an O2 monthly account and wanted to add a pay as you go sim. You would think that was easy?? NO WAY. I am on the egde of going to another provider it was such a bad experience.

Or pick one up at any O2 store or major retailers and newsagents. Then you can link them in My O2.
