APN setting with Android update

Hi, my samsung S2 did an android update to 4.1.2 the other day and since I haven't been able to send or recieve picture messages. I thought it might be to do with my APN settings and noticed that the set up has subtle differences to the previous android. Does anybody know the settings or could suggest another reason I'm having this problem? Thanks in advance.

Are you Pay Monthly or PAYG? Have you tried turning the phone off and then back on again?

I found when i was on GB that if my data settings disappeared that turning the phone into flight mode and then back out again solved the issue
