Keep an eye on the link here, @Misselbrookchlo - https://www.o2.co.uk/inspiration/the-drop/o2-network-expansion-2022-and-2023, as O2 rarely share their detailed rollout plans until after the event. 🤷

Google may help: https://streetwave.co/mobile-networks/when-is-5g-coming-to-my-area/

5G is just a symbol at the top of your phone.

For day to day mobile phone use I'm yet to see an advantage.

Don't have great expectations

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Nobody here on the forum works for O2 directly, @Misselbrookchlo.

The second link I gave shows

--> Luton - EE, Vodafone, Three & O2

Whether that is true for your street, I would not know - perhaps a wander around on foot seeing what you pick up on the phone might help?

The O2 Maps do not always reflect the truth of signal coverage:

Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Good luck, @Misselbrookchlo!

5G isn't what it should be just yet on any network. I've been on all networks and in my area I've got Three and O2 who have 5G in my house. Surprisingly O2 was fastest most I got was 295mbps with full bars at home. Vodafone was appallingly slow on 5G. But as others have said here right now now 4G+ is more reliable
