Hi all,

 

Can anyone help, I just got a Samsung S6 from my local store and it is advertised as having a £50 Google voucher on O2.

 

For the life of me I can't find where to go to claim this...any ideas?

If customer service were clued in about each promotion people wouldn't get so frustrated.

Well that sounds good in theory...but can't see it happening.Too much ongoing training involved....?

Then they should stop promotions and compete on price. It's wrong that people have to be directed to the community to get answers.

Ok so I just got a text with a link go open priority on the web it says I have a £50 Google voucher but there is nothing there in any section

Checked on the priority app and still nothing
