It's just congestion.
Until O2 add more capacity, it will not change.

Personally I don't think the My Network app gives a true reflection of data speed. It's much better to use speedtest.net

Try 3G as it might be faster if you have congestion problems.

Quite possibly congestion then but it's worth reporting through the My Network app in case there is a problem they aren't aware of.

As a matter of interest, what time of the day are you running the tests? I've noticed that daytime is slightly slower where I live but in the evenings its way faster so it might be a suggestion to run a series of tests over various times of the day/night. That way you'll have a decent set of results to back your claim.

Also when running the tests, make sure you don't have any background apps or updates running as that will skew the results.

Hi , i recorded a fault on the O2 app , after i few days i get a message they cannot find any faults in my area ?

I take tests various times of the day , despite what they say my Upload is still faster than download 😞

Could it be the phone ?
