Hi does anyone know what happened to the old 02 icon its the one that had all the 02 service's numbers ie customer care ect mine disappeared last week ?????

Hi on a contract sim I don't believe there are numbers for O2 on there customer services is 202

Go into your contacts them press menu >contacts to display. Select sim contacts and see if they show up?
Did you change from PAYG to contract sim at all ?

Just tried looking on sim nothing ..yes I was on pay sim and changed to contract sim then last week 02 sent me new sim for 4g
