upgrading deals

Was promised best upgrade deals as an existing O2 customer but the deals available are exactly the same in store for everyone else as they are via my O2. Not great.

@AnonymousO2 operate a fair deal for all policy. Unless you have anything in writing or via email...then you won't get a deal as such...

This was on HTC U11 device. Least they could to reward loyalty is give existing customers a couple of extra gig of data per month.

There is no loyalty, everyone is offered the same basic deals.
If an existing customers calls the re-contracts team on 202 though they can usually offer a few quid a month discount.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
