Solved: sim swap from galaxy s to galaxy s3

I have tried for 3 days now to sim swap, i enter my mobile number, then the code o2 send me- then it says code invalid !!! aarrrgh-- BUT you only just sent me that code! then if i try more then 3 times - blocked til following day. can someone please help me sim swap my phones , i have a phone i can't text or phone on - pointless !

You can do it via text message, to do this, you need to send a message with the word “Swap” to 20220 to start the process.
