Hello! i just want to ask you why you charge my account two times, for a pre-order on samsung s8 and i didn't receive any email or anything else about payment from you. Does the pre-order still apply or i need to cancel the transaction? even, why you charge me two times? i'll wait for you answer. thank you, Petre!

There are 2 charges on refresh.
1 is for the airtime and the other for the device plan.
These are billed as two separate standing orders or direct debits.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I think this is an upfront pre order payment...
Methinks a call, followed by 3 weeks of waiting for a refund are in order.
