so, i was wondering if and where has the midnight black been physically available to pick up in a store?

its a pain in the but, as i have the gunmetal version but o2 wouldnt order it inot the store, so does anyone know how i can get them to order it in before the 27th of this month, and for reasons, i dont have the means to buy it out right nor take out another contract

Then speak to customer service or your o2 store to return the phone & end the contract & see what the options are to get the one you want

Don't you wave your return rights if you buy in store? Or am i confusing this with the distance selling regs

Then you need to cancel at the same store and once the cancellation is processed you can apply for a new contract with the different phone.

@Curr946 I think you mean business contracts as they have no cooling off period
