Hi, I just bought a Moto G 5 but my current sim won't fit into it. I want to keep my old number. I think I have to get a nano sim then get my number transferred across. can someone help with this? thanks

You just need a sim swap - any O2 store will do this for you whilst you wait, for free.

Customer service will send one to your home address or another address in the uk only. You will then need to get someone to forward it on to you.

Other than that you will need to wait till you get back to the UK. O2 will only deliver to a UK address.
