my phone is still not working after almost 3 weeks

hi i had my phone stolen whilst i was on holiday i was using the samsung a3 i had to have my phone blocked im now trying to use an old device i have been to the o2 store twice the first time they changed my sim which was faulty last week i went and they put another sim but after 24 hours and them messaging my complaint to o2 guru my phone im using currently is samsung galaxy core i am still not able to use messaging calls and there is no signal to 02 i phoned customer service and i couldn't even clear the security this is now beyond a joke as i am a pay monthly customer i need help with this problem to be sorted

It sounds like the account is still blocked so you need to call them. You can change the security question in My O2.

Yes, usually when reported as lost or stolen the phone and the sim card will be barred, so customer services need to lift the sim block.
