how do you get 02 send you a email

Had to call them last week as my phone stop charging for the second time and as you can tell I was not happy so call them to sort things out call center manager told me he will give me a new phone if it stops working for a 3rd time and would email me this promise still mot had my email and I called for a second time and spoke to someone and to my shock there was no record of my call to this manager can any tell me what the next step is or if I can get a copy of the call

O2's policy is to replace after 3 repairs for the same fault, so I'm not sure you need an email confirmation....?

You could speak to O2 customer services to see if this is on your account notes or e mail them yourself.
