Unlock network on my s7 edge

Hallo, i have problem with unlock other network on my phone, i pud bad puk numbers 3 times and from other sim (my mistake), next i try get new PUK number to unlock my phone but i many times get this blocked old number. I really need work code to unlock my phone but i can,t get any here it... i asking to new but no answer, what is wrong with it?

If it's the wrong network unlock code (NUK) you can never unlock your phone.
The manufacturer may not even be able to do it, but trying them is your only hope.

i know that guide but i put wrong code to unlock and what i find next not working, so what i can do now?

If you have locked out your sim (PUK) you need to go into an O2 shop and get a new sim card. There is no other way to recover it.
If you are trying to unlock phone from the network and have entered the wrong code the phone will be locked to that network forever.
There is no way to recover that.
But I think you are referring to sim PUK, so just get a new sim in store.

in o2 page if i check my imei i have 'You've already submitted this device for unlocking'

but other network not work, i try do unlock with other network sim, i newer try do it with o2 sim.

so its not possible now without go my phone to any service?
