Hi @Anonymous Check your message centre number is correct

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number :
Pay Monthly +447802000332
Pay & Go +447802092035

If you find the message centre number is wrong it most likely means you have the wrong sim for your type of account. ie, a PAYG sim for a contract or vice versa.

Especially if there has been any recent changes such as upgrade, tariff change or lost/stolen.
