Sending texts

Hi please im sending text messages to everyone and they go through straight away and receive they straight away but when I send them to my partners number they taking hours to go through to him, anyone else having or had this problem that know how i can sort it out..... thanks in advance

There maybe signal problems or congestion on the network

HI @Anonymous Maybe your partner is having network issues. If yours are being sent and received by everyone else then it's more likely to be a problem his end. Get your partner to check his network. Ask him to check his settings to see if he has the correct message centre number for the network. Or he has inadvertently blocked anyone.

Another option would be to ask him to take his sim out, clean it gently, reinsert it and restart his phone.

It could be a temporary malfunction....
