Samsung galaxy s7 edge nougat update

Anonymous
Not applicable
O2 keep saying soon to the update of nougat on the galaxy s7 edge, but how soon is soon? Have been waiting since Jan 17th, can we have a better time frame on the ETA, or and actual date would be better. Soon just doesn't cut it anymore.

Look in settings >About Device. If Android version is 7.0 it has been updated.
If you are having problems try backing the phone up and doing a factory reset.

You can't get rid of it I'm afraid.
What problems are you having with it?
