Samsung Galaxy S3 - Insufficient Storage???

Hi,

Since having my S3 I've had nothing but problems with it. After having a sim swap and been taken in for repair and STILL not fixing the problem, i'm at my wits end!!

Basically, my phone keeps alerting me that I have insufficient storage. However, if i go on to my storage it says this:
Total Space: 11.25GB

Apps: 563MB
Pictures: 27.05MB

Audio: 72.86MB

Miscellaneous: 148KB

AVAILABLE: 434MB

Where the hell is all my storage?!

I've rebooted/reset my phone 7 times now, it's happened that many times! But I shouldn't have to keep losing ALL my photos and contacts and eveything because of this horrible fault! 

What should I do??

Choose wipe cache partition first then reboot the system

Done - but hasn't resolved the problem

Go back to recovery menu and choose reset this time.

Every time I reset it works, but then in a week or two it will do the same thing again 😕

What are you downloading in that week or two? Something is filling your partition up pretty quickly if that's the case.....

I only download;

facebook, instagram, twitter and subway surfers! haha

Never heard of subway surfers lol, so I've no idea what that does in terms of phone invasion but the other apps should be OK. Try leaving the surfers off and see what happens

I've only recently downloaded that! I never had it on the last few times it happened 😞

How much data is in your instagram account?

Not too much! I also have hotmail installed, forgot about that one
