I had no problems with my phone on marshmallow. Since updating to nougat though my mobile signal is non-existant at home and calls keep dropping out. Data is a hit or miss inside and out and I have no signal at all at work. Before the update I had 4 or 5 bars at both locations. I've wiped the data cache with no luck and even done a full factory reset to no avail. Anyone having similar issues or knowvof a fix? Phone was from cpw, I got it in December

If your branch of CPW has a repair centre take it in to be looked at or they can send it off under warranty.
Alternatively, contact Samsung directly

Thanks guys. I'm going to visit CPW tonight. Seems strange that it seemed to happen when I updated, but that would suggest a software problem but considering I've done a full factory reset that wouldn't make sense!

That was my logic too - if a reset didn't fix it there's not much else you can do.
