Refurb tablet did not come with charger?

Hey all. Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question as live chat has been unavailable for an hour and cannot get through on the phone.

I ordered and just received the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016 which I purchased under contract and it was a refurb which is fine.

However the item has arrived but has no charger, I would presume although a refurb a charger would be sent as clearly the tablet cannot be used without a charger?.

Anyone know if this is normal before I go out and buy one or if they are meant to send one and I will keep trying the phoneline?.

Most new devices don't come with chargers now tbh,

I believe, if you call, they will send you one if you have no other access to a charger.
