Can you expand a little on that please?
Why is it a problem etc?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I get a lot too, however sadly most of mine are people trying to sell me some product/service or other, almost universally something I have no need for and have never wanted.

Hope your calls are more useful and productive than mine tend to be.
