Hi there,

I noticed i wasnt able to sign in to the Nougat Samsung Beta Program on my O2 Edge S7.

So wanted to know when Nougat will be coming to the O2 S7 Edge devices please?

Thanks slight_smile

I bought my phone full price from CPW and am using an o2 contract SIM. My CSC is G935FXEU1BPK2. Do you happen to know if I am waiting for the O2 release? So far it has not come to my phone. Thanks, Richard

No, you have the Samsung generic XEU firmware so nothing to do with o2 at all.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you for your very fast reply. Any idea what I need to do in order to get the update? It has not come through despite daily clicking on 'download updates manually'!

You can't do anything to speed it up I'm afraid.
Updates are pushed out in batches relating to serial numbers of phones, so it's just a case of waiting for your numbers to come up slight_smile
