Hi there,

I noticed i wasnt able to sign in to the Nougat Samsung Beta Program on my O2 Edge S7.

So wanted to know when Nougat will be coming to the O2 S7 Edge devices please?

Thanks slight_smile

If the phone has the generic EU Samsung CSC it will download. It all depends on the phone and maybe where it came from.

I downloaded it form here: http://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?record=04F18B16DDF711E69215FA163EE8F90B. I think its for the generic s7 edges sold directly by samsung. It flashed with odin ok and looks pretty good, but some of the settings didnt work so I've since removed it.

NEVER download anything unless it's from www.sammobile.com

The reason I went with updato was because it took 10 mins to download compared with 2 hours from sammobile, and I'm not paying for premium! I dont think I'll download from anywhere TBH. Ill just wait for O2 to pull there finger out!

The fact that it only partially worked would indicate how good that site actually is.

Indeed.... I'd wait 2 hours for official unmolested firmware any day of the week, however, it's never taken anything like that length of time to download firmware.....

I really fail to understand the musthavenow mindset that people get into. Its a software update that is not lifechanging and the phone will get it when Samsung release it to the networks. BUT we are all different and I'm happy to wait for the official release as I have the patience of a saint but there will be very few new features that you thought you could never do without.

I thought we were going straight to 7.1.1? That is just 7.0. Astounded
