I have just received details of a new account

This was CANCELLED with car phone warehouse yesterday and I contacted you about whether I had one or two accounts

You need to call customer service. It maybe the systems haven't updated yet

Excuse me for being a bit dim. As CPW was mentioned, shouldn't the op be contacting them? If not...I'll go get my coat.....:smileywink:

They would've got the contract from CPW but it's the network that has to cancel it as CPW is technically an agent that o2 sell through
