Tryed viewing the device information on my o2 and it never loads

Try deleting and reinstalling app.

@Anonymous  I have a Note 4 and just tried My O2 on my phone and PC.... Both available to view device details...so yes follow the advice above.... deleting and reinstalling and see if that works

Tryed reinstalling the app and still same issue. Can see Bill ect but can't see device info

You need to call customer service on 202 to get them to reset account.
