Hello,

why have you charged me again,you took money out of my account earlier in the month and again today.£50 odd is a lot of money to me in one month.

If you are on a Refresh contract then your airtime bill will be taken at the time your monthly bill is produced then your device plan payment is taken 2 weeks later

That was my first thought but there are no £100 tariffs available.

Yes I doubt it's the two Refresh payments, more like an error by taking a double payment. I think there was another thread were this happened to another customer.
