Is data working?
Have you tried manually selecting a different network?
Have you ever used your phone abroad before and therefore have roaming enabled etc?

Data is okay ,roaming is enabled,we come to Tenerife twice a year .My SIM CARD STATUS says Mobile network state ,Disconnected.

Where did you get the phone from?
No network connection with data working usually means the phone is barred in that country.

Remove and clean your sim card with a soft dry cloth and reboot the phone.
