Galaxy s2 wont turn on. Cant access recovery mode

Guys,

 

Really need your help.

 

My Samsung Galaxy S2 is 1 yr old. Last two days, it wont start up. Not charging and even I could not access the recovery mode (Volume up+Home+Start). Even soft reset (battery out 10 seconds and start button). Tried connected to computer(KIES) but phone was not detected.

 

Any idea?

Sounds likes something has failed completely, I would send it off for repair.

Contacted o2 repair team. Been told that Samsung is under warranty until end of contract. Thanks God!. Will send it for repair.

That's correct - all Samsung phones have a 2 yr warranty slight_smile

If you have a Samsung repair centre close by it might be worth going direct rather than through O2.

Update.
1. Chat with o2 agent
2. Immediatly received repair confirmation email that contain o2 repair centre address
3. Print the address. Stick on an envelope and put your S2 with battery. Post.
4. o2 received.
5. O2 repaired the phone
6. O2 courier back the phone.
7. Free of charge
8. All the above within 5 working days.

O2 rocks!!!!!
