Hello,
My phone asks me for network PUK code because I put another network sim cad in. I got PUK code from O2 website but it didnt work. I went to O2 store, they gave me new sim card but new code for new sim didnt work aswell. I called customer service and they gave me two PUK codes that didnt work. After many calls they asked for IEMI number and sent me unlocking code on email. I lanuched phone with another network sim card (as instruction says) and it ask me for network PUK again. So i typed in my unlocking code as it is 8 digits aswell but it doesnt work.
My sim card works fine on other device so it is phone beeing blocked.
Can somebody help me, please?

I'd suggest you make an appointment with the guru in your local o2 shop.
Sounds like the phone is confused.

Now you've entered the wrong code too many times the phone will be locked forever unfortunately.

Also, the unlock code should be 16 digits long.

I wish I does but it doesnt. The problem is phone is totally locked and asks for network PUK no matter which sim card I put in. I contacted Samsung and they said they have nothing to do with that and o2 keeps on giving me PUK codes and unlocking code based on IEMI number. Both of them doeant work.
I am looking for any way to unlock my phone to work back with o2 card.
