Bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini through o2 online. I've only had it for 3 days and the phone keeps switching itself off. Where do i return the phone to?

Did the delivery note also have a return address label?

Each phone I have received through courier or post has had one.

Do it soon though, otherwise they will say they need to try and repair it first!

Well, the phone now seems fine since I put the original battery back in. I think the high capacity one I bought from ebay was switching it off. Nearly 2 days now with the original back in and no problems so far.

Still no problems, phone is working fine. Taught me a lesson to make sure I buy an original Samsung battery.
