Did you order off cpw? If so, it's nothing to do with O2 at all.

s8+ on pay monthly, have the sim here now (new to o2 for this phone), but i ordered it at the end of March! which is when i got this sim

It's complete as far as o2 is concerned which means the phone has been passed to the courier.

Had absolutely nothing, only email is that my bill has been issued for April! I ordered through carphone warehouse at the end of March, makes no sense how i was one of the first to preorder and haven't heard anything from them and at a guess I wont be getting it tomorrow if the delivery info is just N/A

It's on it's way.
Once the courier scans the package you'll get the delivery info.

Well i was promised the 20th at the latest by the Carphone warehouse manager, just weird i've had no other communication from anyone this close to the delivery, but o2 Intsantly email when they want more of my money! Has to be delivered either Thursday or Friday because I leave on Sunday, hence my worry

From the information available pre-orders are due to dispatch today for delivery tomorrow so I would expect an email / update later today with a tracking number for delivery tomorrow.
