My phone shows 100mb data use.
o2 account shows 400mb used. Have I been hacked.?

@Davefingers What phone do you have? Sometimes the phone stats & account stats differ but it may just needs to play catch up with the system. Contact customer service if you want to ask them

No not necessarily and I'm not sure even how you could be?
Is you phone aligned with your billing dates as a start?
