Copy of receipt and imei number

Hi, ive recently upgraded to a galaxy s7 and the deal was that I got some free speakers.  In order to progress it I need to supply the receipt and imei number.  As this was done online I don't have these.  Can anyone tell me how I can get hold of it.  I have been looking for an email address to contact o2 but can't find it anywhere..thanks in advance.

The IMEI number is on the phone.
If you dial *#06# it will be displayed or it will be on the box.
You receipt is electronic and will have been emailed to you. You can also find copies under your orders in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Hi,

 

I had the same issue. If you speak to someone on the o2 live chat they can organise a proof of purchase to be e-mailed to you with the IMEI number on it. I received mine on the same day as I requested it and have now submitted my claim for the speaker.
