Cancel Auto top up

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi. Since yesterday I'm trying to cancel my auto top up, and your site looks like he doesn't want to let me.
I've been talking with someone online but they are not very useful.
They told me that he should be cancel/delete in the end of the page. But nothing is there.
I really need to cancel it, please someone can help me?

You need to call customer service on 4445 to resolve.
The website has issues all over at the moment.
Unfortunately we can't cancel it for you on here.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The website is oh so slow and My O2 even slower. I'm sure if they got rid of all the dead or old style pages the website would be much quicker. Instead they just leave them there and set up new pages rather than replacing them.

But as said, call 4445 to cancel your auto top-up, though I still have the option in My O2 to do so.
