Can't Connect To O2 hotspot

I'm having problems on a different scale-my phone will not come up with an O2 hotspot in the WI-FI scan.

I've recently changed my phone and the old Honor 6 Plus worked just fine-however,my new Honor 6X does not show O2 on the WI-FI scan.

Does it show any public wifi hotspots?
Is the o2 one still working for others?

It seems like it won't see any public WIFI whereas my old phone (and everyone else) can.
It may be a setting issue, but even my network people can't solve it!

I'm not familiar with your phone but in network settings have a look for a setting to notify you of open wifi or something like that.

Hi @Anonymous how are you getting on with the Wi-Fi? Any luck with the settings or are you still experiencing the issue?
