I got a contract out at the start of last year and I'm the April I went traveling the phone for stole and o had no way of contact or payment o am currently paying off the bill now wilt lowell and am just wondering am I able to take out a new contract when it's paid

It's going to be very difficult for you to go straight into a contract. It may be that you will have to go for a sim only for a few months or leave a deposit.

It will depend on your credit rating but the only way to find out is to apply for a contract and see if you are accepted.
