wifi and 4G calling

Hi, I have just bought a Sony Xperia1 111 to replace my Sony xz premium. I live in an area where the coverage is poor so I rely on wifi calling, this worked great on my old phone but I seem to br having problems with my new phone cutting out on calls. I checked in my O2, it says my wifi and 4G calling is switched on, so I checked to see if my device is compatible and it lists the Xperia 1 and 1 11 but no 1 111, does anyone know if the 1 111 is compatible or can give me any advice on how to check further, many thanks, Steve.

Yes the Xperia 1 III is compatible. 

I would check to see if there is a firmware update to the phone, and if not it may be worth speaking to Sony direct, and see if they know of any fixes, as it sounds like a handset / software issue.
